Meet Coach Jen, the leader of the Empowered Body Lifestyle movement. Jen is a certified nutrition & wellness coach, licensed neuromuscular therapist, fitness trainer of high intensity + low impact workouts. She’s a wife, and a new mom to her son, Franny.
“I have worked hard on having an athletic mind set. From a very young age I excelled at sports and played at a highly competitive level. I found that’s where I thrived and felt most confident. There is something beautifully gritty about the way athletes train. Ridding your mind of limiting beliefs in order to perform. Trusting yourself to be able to handle pressure, and stay focused on your goal.
My passions have lead me to the world of wellness and fitness. I practiced for many years in New York City, working privately as a neuromuscular therapist, and nutrition coach. My clientele ranged from celebrities, professional athletes, musicians, to stock brokers, and high powered attorneys. As exciting as it was to be in that lifestyle (and in that city- I <3 NYC), I craved more connection and community with my clients.
After 10 years in the business as a professional nutrition + fitness coach, and now living in Massachusetts with my growing family, I have found my sweet spot. Working with women just like me. Hard working, busy, professional, women with families, careers, and busy social lives. Women that want more out of life than running on fumes, feeling unfulfilled, lacking confidence and feeling that their goals are out of reach.
