Our signature class is inspired by strength, choreography, cardio, and music! This high energy, fast-paced class is designed to torch fat, and build lean muscle. We use music as the driving force behind our movements, pushing you to go harder, and dig deeper.

TONE

Our high intensity barre + pilates inspired class uses lighter resistance, higher reps, and mobility movements to define + strengthen your entire body in a low impact format.

HUSTLE

Our 30 minute cardio class uses choreography, timed intervals, and high reps to increase calorie expenditure. We utilize light resistance, and body weight to deliver a high intensity, sweat filled, total body workout.

TRAIN

Our strength based sculpting class uses heavier weights, stronger resistance, and explosive cardio movements to train your inner athlete. Designed to master your form in functional training, effectively and safely progressing you to new levels of fitness.

ALIGN

Our dimly lit stretch + mobility class is the recovery your body craves. Using both active and passive stretching flows. Utilizing foam rollers, bands, and body weight to lengthen, stretch, and align your body to a more balanced state.
